Noah Levinson of Glen Ridge with a certificate declaring him the Funniest Kid in New Jersey. The event capped a four-day Improvapalooza comedy fest jointly sponsored by 12 Miles West and Lunatic Fringe. We think Noah clinched it when he went out to the (voting) audience and told a guy in the 4th row he had beautiful eyes, but then it could have been the butterfly ballot.

I could tell by his sang froid at the Franks' book signing party that he was destined for the spotlight.
