Liberty Jazz Festival, celebrating the 30th anniversary of Liberty State Park. September 9 & 10. "REMEMBERING 9/11†Photo Exhibition at the World Trade Center Site
The World Trade Center Memorial Foundation, with the support of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey have sponsored a photography exhibition posted on the perimeter fence of the World Trade Center site. The exhibition features a selection of 42 photographs from the “here is new york: a democracy of photographs†exhibition, as well as additional photographs commissioned for the 5th anniversary.

"Taste of Tango" at Montclair Art Museum

Kathrine Switzer and Roger Robinson, both leading authorities on running, will be guest speakers at the monthly meeting of the Essex Running Club (ERC) at Church Street Cafe, 12 Church Street, Montclair. Switzer will be doing a book signing of "26.2: Marathon Stories" from 7 to 8 pm on the first floor of the Church Street Café at no charge. Non-members who would like to attend the 8 PM meeting and lecture on the second floor, where food and beverages will be served, may do so for a $10 fee at the door.
