Oak View PTA's Missing Money

Bloomfield Police and Essex County Prosecutor's Office are actively investigating a report that thousands of dollars are missing from the PTA coffers at Oak View Elementary School, in Bloomfield. The missing funds were discovered by this year's incoming treasurer. Police and prosecutors were not able to provide further information.

Then there is also the missing productivity when an employee such as the CFO of Montclair is allowed to hold down more than one job at a time.

Montclair isn't getting it's money's worth when that is allowed to happen.

These are bordering towns with weak homeland security and border control. I mean, all you would have to do is tiptoe down the street and throw the suitcase filled with money across the fence onto the Upper Montclair Country Club, which is Sovereign Territory.

Of course it is! You don't think that these conspiracies exist without noms-de-golf and other neat tradecraft, do you? If the Upper Montclair Country Club is in Clifton, and the Montclair Golf Club is in Verona, it provides a clear trail of deniability when the money goes missing in Bloomfield -- of which Montclair was once a part. Our enemies can be very clever, so we, too, must be steadfast and ever vigilant.
