Want to see a play this weekend? Well, don't plan on going to see "The Curious Savage," the Glen Ridge Drama Club's fall play, originally scheduled for this weekend. Why not go into the Big Apple and see Bob Saget, now starring in the "The Drowsy Chaperone"?
After all, it's Bob Saget's sudden arrival in "Drowsy" that has caused the drama club to postpone the play. That's because extra rehearsals to acclimate the comedian bogged down the schedule of "Drowsy" co-star Garth Kravits, who also happens to be adviser to the drama club, during what was supposed to be the show's tech week. There's even a "Bob Saget ruined my tech week!" group on Facebook, with 14 members. Well, we guess, that's show business!
A date for "The Curious Savage" has not yet been set.

Hey Laura Loonie - What's your problem? Immediately start attacking kids and encouraging them to drink to drown their sorrows? Is that how you get by in your loser of a life?
Yet again Baristanet writes about something they hear from word of mouth.
On behalf of the Glen Ridge Drama Club, as a member of said club, the rumor that Bob Saget had caused the postponement of the fall production is entirely false. The show is being rescheduled because frankly, the cast and crew was not prepared to put on the show the weekend that it had been set for. For no reason was Bob Saget a factor in the decision made.
The Facebook group "Bob Saget ruined my tech week!" was created on a purely comical level. All members are well aware that this is not a serious group. Surely those interested can get a chuckle out of such a thing.
Personally, I believe the writers of Baristanet should check their sources the next time they wish to blame individuals for matters that they do not fully comprehend.
