We hear that the Garden State (heading south from Bergen) is backed up by exit 153. Get off at Grove Street.

What don't I get? The the site traffic.511.org (the link provided) is only available in the California Bay Area.

The only people who call the Parkway "the Garden State" are people who at some time in the past have referred to this state in total candor as "New Joisey".

It's the Parkway. Do you call the Turnpike "the New Jersey"?
