Bloomfield's Board of Ed approved an $81.6 million budget for 2008-2009 and also passed a motion to include the $404,000 full day kindergarten program as a second question on the April 15 ballot.
Although supporters see having the chance to vote as a major victory, there are plenty of naysayers predicting 60 percent voter approval on the second question will never happen and leaves the program "dead in the water." More about last night's hearing, from Bloomfield Life.
