Uber-organizer Jane Marcus is teaching us a practical way to recycle and reuse that benefits others. Once again, she's orchestrated the Hillside Community Swap. It's a free-for-all where you can take home second-hand clothes, sporting goods, baby stuff, books, DVD's, and more. You don't have to donate to claim your loot. Saturday, March 15, 9am-noon in Hillside Gym, Montclair.
Don't need anything? Then get your stuff out of the closet and bring gently used items in very good condition to the Hillside Gym on Friday, March 14 3:30 - 6 pm. For more information, or to volunteer, call 973-783-3432.
Can you hear the bells? After the swap-a-thon, get thee to The Gas Lamp Costume Shop, at 17 Herman Street in Glen Ridge, where they're having a wedding dress sale, Saturday, 1- 4pm. Shop for a vintage wedding dress, headpieces and veils. Dresses are in good condition in a variety of sizes and styles - for sale for one day only. Prices range from $75 - $200.

From the above picture and headline I thought for a nano second there was a Bride recycling program in town! Good grief!
