Our calendar is ripe with events this weekend: For starters, Luna Stage is presenting readings of new works by the winners of the 2007 NJ State Council on the Arts' Literary Artist Fellowship Program - all three happen to be Montclair playwrights. Lisa Luciani's "Gutterflowers" was read last night, E.R. Frank’s "Obstacle Course" will be read tonight and Joe Sutton's "Complicit" can be heard on Saturday.
Also on Saturday...
... you can start your day at the Hillside Swap, then take the kids to see Running Rabbit's Rapunzel at Westminster (it's family week at theaters across New Jersey, by the way). You can also check out Tribal Roots or the Imagination Station at MAM. The afternoon brings the vintage wedding dress sale at the Gas Lamp Costume Shop and the St. Baldricks fundraiser at Tierney's. When night falls, Mose Allison will be rocking SOPAC and Dreamcatcher Rep offers up A Melancholy Play.
Now tell us... what have you got planned for the weekend?
