Today is Larry Bussin's birthday. He's the curmudgeonly owner of Spice It Up, the gourmet food store on Glenridge Ave in Montclair. He's also diabetic, and as a surprise, toffee princess Nicky Mesiah is bringing over sugar-free Bittersweet Chocolate Chunk Cookies with organic oatmeal and Reeses pieces to share with him -- and anyone else who happens to stop by. Of course she'll have her signature toffee (sugar-free and regular) on hand as well.
