If you had trouble logging onto Baristanet this morning, you weren't alone. Our site was intermittently inaccessible due to SYN flood. The partial outage went from about 7:40 am to 8:10 am, when our hosting service adjusted our filters.
Was this a deliberate attack? According to Zubrcom, which hosts Baristanet:
While I can't be 100% certain, it is not something that just happens. So I would say it was, most likely, an intentional hit.
Due to the additional filters, you may experience a slowdown in accessing the site.
