The Baristanet calendar is packed again this weekend. Among the highlights: The Indie Music Circus kicks off at Pianos on Friday night and the music continues on Saturday with the Saturday Afternoon Song Swap.
And several good causes could use a bit of your time (and, well... your money) this weekend: A group of MHS students have organized a benefit for Friday night to raise funds for global education. And on Monday night there's a benefit at Church St. Cafe to help support Rainbows, a charity and support group for grieving children. On Sunday, there's a Torch Walk and Rally for Darfur.
Meanwhile, the wacky folks at Whole Foods...
are preparing to break the Guinness World Record for "Most Parmigiano Reggiano Wheels Ever Cracked." The cracking, we're told, begins at 3pm on Saturday at the Montclair and West Orange locations.
And Conversations on Race began their spring session of discussions this week. To get involved, call coordinator Myrna Marcarian Mincey at 973-509-4907.

...and don't miss the grand opening of Robyn Ross- a fabulous new boutique in South Orange- 67 South Orange Ave- on Saturday from 5-8 PM. I got a sneak preview, she has some really special things. Her website is robynrossdesigns.com
