It's a major night for student artists here in Baristaville: U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. will announce the winners of his Annual Congressional Art Show and Competition at MSU's George Segal Gallery tonight at 6:00 p.m.
Competitors include students from Bloomfield, Clifton, Glen Ridge, Montclair and Nutley, so stop by to cheer on your neighbors at tonight's public reception. The first-place artist will have his or her work displayed at the Capitol Building for one year, alongside the works of other regional winners in this nationwide competition. The runner-up chosen tonight will have his or her work displayed at Pascrell's Paterson office.

Good luck to all the competitors. I was a part of the Congressional Art Show back in high school ago and it was a very nice experience.
