What have you got planned for tomorrow's dinner? Nothing? Exactly. Melanie Hazim, PR director of the Montclair Red Cross just sent us a cool dining idea, and it will benefit the Red Cross community service fund for Montclair, Glen Ridge and Nutley:
Mama Giola's on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair is holding its first wine-pairing dinner, featuring the California wines of Clos Du Bois, tomorrow, Wednesday April 9, at 7pm.
They're serving a four -course meal, each featuring the perfect complimentary Clos Du Bois wine.
Your hosts will be Michael Hicks of Clos Du Bois, Sarah & Patricia of Mama Giola’s; $55.00 per person includes tax, gratuity, and a donation to benefit the programs and services offered at your local Red Cross chapter. Sounds good. But as with anything being done in the name of charity, I'd like to know how much of the $55 is going to the Red Cross.
