World-class chef (and Nutley native) Colin Alevras of the East Village's Tasting Room brings his brilliance to the Adult School of Montclair on Monday night. Alevras will discuss his favorite local ingredients and farmer's market finds and offer some exquisite food for tasting. It's a bargain at $15 -- a night of tasting at Alevras' NYC haunt can easily run $100 a head.
