Glen Ridge will be buzzing tomorrow. The Arts Festival and Eco Fair is an all-day, outdoor party for the whole family.
Eco-wise, there are more than 25 exhibitors scheduled. You can test drive a Smart Car, meet composting worms, see local bees and their keeper, and chat with a "green" architect. Art-wise, check out the work of professional artists and craftspeople, as well as cool creations made by local students. The Porch Daddies, GRHS musicians and the Gas Lamp Kids will all be on hand to keep the crowd entertained.
Traffic-wise, Ridgewood Ave. will be closed from Bloomfield Ave. to Lincoln St. from 7am 'til 5pm, so plan accordingly. Right now, weather.com is predicting a bit of rain late in the day.

'doh!
We're going to be in LI for an early Mother's day with the mom-in-law all day Saturday.
I really would have liked to pick the architect's brain for some free advice. Oh, well.
