Paid Family Leave Act Passed In NJ

It's official: today, Governor Corzine signed the Paid Family Leave Act, the third state in the nation to legalize mandate this type of employee benefit. Payroll deductions will begin Jan. 1, 2009, while benefits are not available until July 2009. Read more here.
