This just in: reports of a bank robbery at the Bank of America in downtown Montclair. The robbery took place around 9:50 am.
According to this report, the suspect is a black male wearing a mask and dark clothes and driving a blue Ford with NJ plates.
We'll update as we know more.
UPDATE: As posted in comments below, the bank robber was apparently disguised in colorful robes, says the Star Ledger. And an eyewitness saw a bank employee walking out of the bank, during the robbery, with her hands up.

Saw this in the Ledger:
A Montclair bank was held up this morning by a man described as wearing robes over three-quarters of his body and white sun-glasses covering his face. Police said the suspect, described as 6-feet tall, walked into the Bank of America on the corner of Bloomfield and Glenridge avenues at about 9:30 a.m., passed a note to a teller and fled with an undisclosed amount of money." Witnesses and police said the suspect was wearing multi-colored robes and sun-glasses in an apparent effort to disguise himself. There also were some tense moments that followed the heist."
Let me get this straight: the Bank of America was just robbed by George Clinton?
