Gerry Niewood Memorial Service

Glen Ridge resident, renowned jazz saxophonist, and friend Gerry Niewood will be remembered at a memorial service this Monday, March 2 at 2 p.m. The service will be held at Glen Ridge Congregational Church, 195 Ridgewood Avenue, Glen Ridge.
Niewood died in the February 12 plane crash near Buffalo, NY. He was 64. Niewood is survived by his wife, two children, a daughter in-law and two grandchildren. In
lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gerry Niewood Scholarship Fund,
