Today's the first day to reserve your spot in the Montclair Adult School's spring classes and you better hurry. One of the choicest classes - a lunch at Culinariane with Nicky Mesiah - already has a waiting list.
As usual, the choices are varied. You can hear New York Times media writer David Carr talk about drug addiction, learn email etiquette, get some financial literacy and of course - this is an adult school after all - learn flower arranging.

I'm really impressed by the breadth of the course offerings and the great brochure! The only problem is so many of interest to me are offered on Mondays: guitar, singing, sculpture, working with ESL students, and "Thinking on Your Feet!"
Thanks to everyone at the Adult School for providing such interesting and reasonably-priced classes to the community.

sounds more like Adult camp
I'll bet adult ed is doing well in the recession. What a painless way to indulge in a fantasy of self transformation, or at least a distraction for a few hours.
will I see you in class, walleroo?
I like the art class, not that I'm looking at the model :)
"Retraining" will be the buzz word for the next few years.
I'm going to enroll in "How to Make a Zillion Dollars in Your Pajamas."
I'm going to enroll in: Coming up with creative new names for the laser dude on B'net.
