I'll start.

LOML,
It's not just the coffee (which I realized I hadn't had yet yesterday at 5 pm), or the four bunches of flowers you brought home last week, or the warmth of your body when I am cold, or the way you make me laugh. It's everything. I'll take a Valentines raincheck when you get back.

I was a confirmed bachelor when we met. After spending time with her I realized the quality of my life increased 1,000%. Can't wait to spend each day with her.

Recently single, I dont have a SO to reach out to. But I do have my awesome, incredible sons, my devoted family, and the world's best girlfriends...all who rushed to help hold me up during these past rough months. LOVE to you ALL...you are the best. Lucky, lucky, lucky am I! :)

Just wishing my fellow posters a very Happy Valentine's Day!

This is our first Valentine's day together as husband and wife. To echo Iceman, my life has improved immensely since I met my DH. It was running that brought us together (we met through the Essex Running Club) and even though he "caught" me, I am still trying to catch him in races! :-)

To MFB: If you were my reward, what contest in Hell did I win?

Happiest of Valentine's Days to my sweetheart. This July will be exactly four years since i first laid eyes on your handsome face and you grow even more beautiful to me with every passing day.
I am truly the luckiest woman in the world.

Buon San Valentino and thank you Debbie, Baristas, Fran, Christina, Christine, Bob, Dottie and Susan for all of the nice household items that you gave for Michelle's Community House. They were delivered this morning in the Valentine's Day spirit and greatly appreciated! oxoxo

Saint Valentines Day. Love is in the air. Feel the love. One of my favorite days. A day to celebrate love, how cool is that!!

My man is my Valentine, but I wouldn't mind getting a decadent box of chocolates from Cathar.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

To my dearest Valentines,
thanks for all the big droolie kisses, the smiles on your faces, your stinky breath and the wags from your tails. Love you lots - especially now that you are both sleeping next to one another, paws front in your special "cute" poses.

Oh, and a shout out to my better half who bought me champagne without being asked. You rock!

To the world you may be one person,
but to one person you are the world.
14 years together. You are the love of my life, the love of my life. I love your laugh your smile, everything you bring me.
to the man who makes this man whole.

he cleaned the house for me (1st floor) and that ALMOST tasted like chocolate.

"love is all you need..."

It's not the destination, or even the journey: it's who you travel with. And as a bit-part player in Iceman's wonderful relationship, it has been a lot of fun to see him discover what happened to me 15 years ago when I met the LoML. They are great people and have become two of our best friends on this wonderful trip.

And to she who must be obeyed:

"If my words did glow with the gold of sunshine,
And my tunes were played on the harp unstrung,
Would you hear my voice come thru the music,
Would you hold it near as it were your own?"

Thank you for being you and being with me.

My darling and I met 12 years ago - today - at a University Valentine's ball. He is my everything, my past, my present and my future. He is not here today as he is over-seas. I am however having a wonderful night alone (yes, seriously) did the face pack, hair dye, nails, and fur, and just had a fabulous peppered steak and am enjoying a (I'm on the 4th) glass of wine. Just me and the pooch. Wish my love was here, but happy anyway.

I simply hope all and sundry had a wonderful Valentine's Day.

My special present today, from the God of basketball, was a second Lions win in a row this weekend, by 1 point over Harvard. A win of this nature is far more satisfying than chocolate, parliament...., as your man might well admit if you asked in the right way. And it's totally non-decadent.
