Performed for a Live (Yoga) Studio Audience

We all know that Baristaville is also yogaville. You can't fall over without hitting a studio around here. That means competition is fierce for your meditation money.

So, surely, there were a few skeptics when Garden State Yoga planted itself in this crowded market, amongst the grittiness of downtown Bloomfield.

But they've found success (Exhibit A: there is a waiting list for their Bob Marley Flow Nights) by being different. At GSY, they tell you to "Be ready to sweat, smile, sing and be merry!"

Garden State Yoga's next fusion event is no exception. Plan ahead: On Sunday June 7, the Vinyasa Vibes hot session will be accompanied by the live guitar of Montclair's own Scott E. Moore. Apparently, he'll be interpreting what he sees in music, so a string-shredding hair-metal-style solo is unlikely.
