Chef Michael Carrino of Passione spent the morning at the Montclair Farmer’s Market, demonstrating his support for local produce and making goodies for the crowd. Here he shows how to make a summer tomato salad, starting with cherry tomatoes and herbs from Matarazzo Farms. He also served up a scrumptious blueberry lime ice cream.
