And here in Baristaville, there is no excuse for not satisfying a chocolate jones. Here are two popular choices. My son and I had a Holsten’s craving Friday night and came away happy with a box that included jell rings, peanut butter cups and butter nut toffee crunch. Greg polished off the peanut butter cups and crunch, and I hogged all the chocolate covered jell rings for myself. (Photo by Greg Liscio)
And our friends at The Chocolate Path are making it easier than ever to choco-fy yourself over at their new Walnut Avenue St. digs. Check out the inviting hot chocolate set up.
But we’re open to suggestions. Where’s your favorite chocolate source in Baristaville?

I was thrilled to find out that Dulce on Church Street sells Divvies candy and chocolate. They are all peanut and nut free and very good. My peanut-allergic chocoholic daughter (it’s really hard to find safe chocolate) is so happy.
For me, it’s The Vosges Naga chocolate bar I buy at Whole Foods. It’s sweet indian curry, coconut and milk chocolate and amazing.
Im sure most know, but theyre on Walnut Street
I’m really not that excited by chocolate but when I want something in Baristaville, it’s Raymond’s Mexican hot chocolate all the way!
There will be a new chocolate and sweet shop in the old Jafajems space on Valley Road, called Home Sweet Montclair. They had a table out for the Sidewalk Sale.
(btw, anyone see the new Jafajems store? absolutely beautiful)
Holstens chocolate has always been the best. You can’t top their homemade buttercrunch!
I was at the sidewalk sale too, Sweet Home Montclair was there,
they did have a table and I am excited about them coming to town and about having more of there outrageous chocolate covered pretzels!! Nice to see someone interesting coming into the neighborhood!!! Good Luck Sweet home!!!
