Sosa, Karen.jpgKaren Sosa, 43, of Nutley, has been charged for allegedly stealing more than $500,000 from her employer, Lynnes Nissan of Bloomfield, Essex County Prosecutor Paula T. Dow announced.
Formerly employed as an accounts payable clerk at the auto dealership, Sosa, who was last living in Pembroke Pines, Florida, was arrested yesterday at her Florida apartment by members of the U.S. Marshals. Sosa has been charged with first-degree money laundering and second-degree theft by deception. She is expected to be extradited back to Essex County early next week. If proven guilty of the charges in a court of law, the defendant could face between 15 to 30 years in prison.

In November, 2008, following an internal audit, representatives from Lynnes Nissan contacted the Essex County Prosecutor’s Economic Crimes Unit to report a theft of more than $545,000 from their accounts payable department. An investigation was soon thereafter launched. Detectives contend the theft occurred during multiple intervals between 2007 and 2008. In June 2009, detectives contacted Sosa and requested she come in for questioning. Sosa was never heard from again until she was traced to an apartment in Broward County, Florida, by the U.S. Marshals.

She has pretty eyes and a nice nose. Too bad she chose the dark side. She can always grow a beard and sell kidneys.

Or teach children to sing songs that are facist/commie/ marxist/socialist/muslim/Christian and other ideologies that would be mutually exclusive in any world other than that of the current crop of scared white right wing kooks who want the real America back.

I would love to see Santorum get the nod. Maybe then the politically comatose members of society will wake up.
