“CNN’s John King and Dana Bash Speak at MSU Today”
“…will be talking to students at Montclair State University tomorrow.”
I know Katebirdrex will think it “tedious” if I ask, but which day is it?
Also TV shows should either be in quotes or italicized or sentences like:
“John King, anchor of CNN’s State of the Union, with John King and his wife, Dana Bash, a Capital Hill reporter for CNN…”
    Are hard to figure out.
And the second “Dobbs” should also have the apostrophe.

So is it today, or tomorrow? And is John King coming with John King and his wife or is there just one John King – the other John King being the name as part of the show that should have been in quotes?

You are so tedious, jerseygurl. Just let the words wash over you. Meaning is only a concern of the bourgois.

I wonder what they are speaking about? Perhaps the use of pink in headshots?

it must be tomorrow since posting a notice for a 1pm event at 1pm wouldn’t make any sense.

It looks like the errant comma doesn’t belong in the title of the show, “State of the Union with John King.”

That guy on the left spends way too much time with blow dryers and gel.

Don’t you get it? It’s a mystery topic. This way, you have to go to the lecture to see what it is they’ll be discussing. Even the date is a mystery.

It’s a mystery shrouded in pink.

    Today?!
And it was posted AT the time of the event? Just in case someone walking by the building just happened to be surfing baristanet at that precise moment?

  14. POSTED BY jerseygurl  |  November 23, 2009 @ 5:21 pm

The article would have been better if it had been posted at least an hour before the event, or gave a recap of the event after it happened.
What is the point of putting this up at 1:00?

Since he’s replacing Lou Dobbs, I hope at least one of them touched on the perils of xenophobia.

Lou Dobbs made lots of money whippin up xenophobia.

I would rather go have root canal surgery than to listen to these 2 empty, vapid “journalists”….King could never hold a candle to what Dobbs has brought to CNN over the last 10 years….and his wife brings nothing to the table reporting on supposed Capitol Hill rumors and “what ifs”……when was the last breaking news story she tracked down?

I would love to see Santorum get the nod. Maybe then the politically comatose members of society will wake up.
