Montclair State University's football team captured the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) championship qualifying the Red Hawks for the NCAA Division III playoffs. Don't be afraid to mention MHS, Annette.
It's a great school that, like most, has its (very) bad days.
And questionable leadership.
But as I've written here far too often, our graduates are among the best and brightest around.
Plus, they get the added benefit of saying, "yea, there were gang 'issues' in my high school", as they sit in a leafy quad at some elite College.
Not bad at all.
