IMG_3961-copy-waterlilies.jpgLots going on this weekend at Karuna Shala. Tomorrow (Friday, January 29) take a yoga class called ‘Yoga Under the Moon’ and help raise money for Little Kids Rock. Taught by Ivy, the class is accompanied by live electronic music by local musician, Scott Raposa. On Saturday, come for free demo yoga classes and free mini-massages from 1:30-4:30. New to yoga? Here’s your chance to try it out. On Sunday, check out an art reception by a local artist (still to be determined), followed by a live music performance by David Newman. Karuna Shala is located at 855 Bloomfield Avenue, 2nd floor, suite 208, Glen Ridge, (973) 743 1211.

Certainly, yoga is going to bring people back to their intuitive center of consciousness. Perhaps it won’t take place quickly, because the process of dissemination is very slow. But, it is beneficial to a person. Now that I’ve come to think of it, perhaps I’ll be in one of this yoga classes. I’m sure you will agree with me if you try E-filing your taxes and you have limited time to do it. A little relaxation will be just great.

I would love to see Santorum get the nod. Maybe then the politically comatose members of society will wake up.
