The suspect was described as an overweight white man with a corncob pipe, a button nose and two eyes made out of coal. The thief’s demeanor was described as jolly, and he continually exclaimed “Happy Birthday”. Police have not ruled out the possibility that the robber was on drugs, specifically methamphetamines or “ice” as it is known on the streets.

Isn’t this the same bank that has been robbed many times in the past?
You would think they would have set up a system by now to either prevent such from happening, or,at least, come up with a way of capturing the people who rob them – doors that lock, etc. or something.
There must be a reason why this bank is a target so often

That’s the wrong address/map. That TD Bank has been closed for over a year, the former Commerce Bank on the corner of Grove & Bloomfield is now a TD Bank and is the one that was robbed.

Want to bust a bank robber? keep your eyes on a bank at a hot corner for getaways.

“There must be a reason why this bank is a target so often.”
As famous bank robber Willlie Sutton said when he was asked why he robbed banks, “It’s where the money is.”

He was obviously an amateur. Best way to rob a bank is to become it’s chief executive.

No, the best way to tob the government is to become CEO of a too-big-to-fail bank.

It’s also a great way to fleece borrowers.
(not to mention, squander ill gotten gains on useless and hideous summer homes in the Hamptons.)

I would love to see Santorum get the nod. Maybe then the politically comatose members of society will wake up.
