This weekend, most realtors are taking it easy on Easter Sunday, so spend some time hunting for chocolate eggs instead of open houses. However, next Sunday April 11, Baristaville realtors are firing up the spring home sales market in conjunction with NJAR’s statewide “Open House Weekend.” It’s going to be a day of house-hunting heaven.
Take along your GPS, and look for balloons, flags, and “Open” signs all over Baristaville. As of today, we know 37 open houses will be featured by Coldwell Banker, Rhodes Van Note will show 17 listings, Montclair Realty opens five homes , Stanton and Sotheby’s have four opens each. Many houses will be open an extra hour, from 1-4 pm.
With the federal $8,000 tax credit about to evaporate, realtors hope to see motivated buyers cash in on the program. Qualified first-time buyers must have a purchase contract in hand by April 30 and close by June 30 to qualify for the tax credit. Qualified second-time buyers can get a cash incentive of up to $6,500.

I'm starting to see that our political strife on this planet and definitely here on B'net is due to a lack or abundance of Oxytocin. We can't help what we do or think, our bodies, dna, etc. are running the show. We are meat puppets to our hormonal & chemical urges. In the words of the immortal Bela Lugosi...."Pull dee string, pull dee string!" PAZ in Ed Wood land.
