bon jovi at meadowlands.jpgThink the commute was bad this morning? Just wait for tonight, when Bon Jovi opens the new Meadowlands Stadium. There’s even going to be a flyover by Marines in V-22 jets. Although NJ.com is saying the concert is still sold out, I found $150 tickets still available on Ticketmaster. The parking lot opens at 2 p.m. and it’s a whopping $25 to park. There’s another concert tomorrow night and one Saturday too.
If you’re going, send us your pics or post them on our Flickr group. Meanwhile, if you want a little taste, here’s a video NJ.com posted last fall of Bon Jovi’s mini parking lot concert.

I saw Bon Jovi at Giant’s Stadium when I was 14-years-old. I wore my white, fringe leather jacket, just like his,my Slippery When Wet t-shirt, and had the biggest hair imaginable. It was an awesome show.

I would love to see Santorum get the nod. Maybe then the politically comatose members of society will wake up.
