Newark Schoolyard Shooter Convicted

A Rodolfo Godinez, a 26-year-old Nicaraguan-born gang member, was convicted today of killing three people in an August, 2007 schoolyard slaying in Newark. Each of the murders carries the possibility of a 30-year sentence. A fourth victim survived the attack.
