manwdrink.jpgIt all sounds very Mad Men. Bangz is hosting “Men’s Confidential: An Evening Of Decadent Masculine Indulgence & Luxury” from 6-9 p.m. on June 28.

Come sample delicious local food and enjoy top tier liqueurs in a 1920′s inspired speakeasy environment. Try out a hand rolled cigar from our gorgeous cigar girls, while listening to the sounds of a beautiful live jazz singer. Educate yourself on health, fitness and grooming options from our top rated consultants. Take a style tip from our customs tailors, and get some advice on your golf swing with a local pro. Get a vintage photo taken with a motorcycle or relax with a 10 minute chair massage.

Father’s Day is around the corner and Bangz wants to give five lucky Baristaville men tickets to the event at the $50 “Merchant” level, which includes admission and a gift card for a 25-minute massage.

“Educate yourself about health while sipping on the finest brandy and smoking the richest of cigars. Come enjoy an evening of misogyny and stereotypes.”
Don’t they need a liquor license for this?
Isn’t it illegal to smoke in a public indoor space?
I hope the “gorgeous cigar girls” have nothing to do with the”10 minute chair massage(s).”

Ummmm, something called “Men’s Confidential: An Evening Of Decadent Masculine Indulgence & Luxury” and no strippers??
What’s so confidential about it then? That we like to get a mani/pedi? Or are well groomed?

It all sounds a little dirty to me (gorgeous cigar girls and a beautiful live jazz singer?), but whatever. I don’t see any reference to the chair massage including a happy ending.
Women will – albeit sheepishly – admit to liking events like this, so maybe my husband will as well. He needs a evening of relaxation after all the house and yard work he’s been doing. Oh, and diaper changes. He seems to be the lucky one these days.
My only question is, can you give these out in pairs of tickets? Just like an event like this for women, I think men would be more likely to go and enjoy with a buddy. Then again, I can always get together with another spouse to split the cost of another “Merchant” level ticket.

My dad and I would really appreciate going to this event. I’d really like to do something special for him since he is moving out of the country and will be in Sweden doing some consulting work so we wont be spending any time until he returns in about 2 years. I’d also love to fix some kinks in my golf swing :D and my dad would certainly appreciate the cigars.

I would LOVE to give this to my husband! He works his butt off and deserves a little pampering (: He loves cigars & fine liquor — he would have a much-deserved blast! (hope we win!!)

My husband works hard and was also hit by a long string of unemployed months. He could really use some pampering!

This is my husband’s very first father’s day, and he unfortunately has to travel for work and will be missing it :( We have an 8 month baby girl old who just adores him. He truly is the best dad, he goes above and beyond to care for his daughter. I love seeing their relationship develop! Would love to win this for him to add to next weekend when we plan to celebrate him!

I'm starting to see that our political strife on this planet and definitely here on B'net is due to a lack or abundance of Oxytocin. We can't help what we do or think, our bodies, dna, etc. are running the show. We are meat puppets to our hormonal & chemical urges. In the words of the immortal Bela Lugosi...."Pull dee string, pull dee string!" PAZ in Ed Wood land.
