I can’t believe Edgemont is on the market again after JUST being purchased last year. I hate to speculate on what could have happened there — WOW. It is a gorgeous home, but definitely the wrong economy for such a pricetag.
Many of these homeowners are living in a fantasy world & pricing their homes unrealistically. I have seen the Oakwood house — it needs a lot of work — it has been on & off the market for over a year. If your house isn’t selling, it’s overpriced!
