Acting Essex County Prosecutor Robert D. Laurino announced today the arrest of Mark W. Olsen, 41, of Millburn on multiple counts of sexual abuse of a 15-year-old girl. The abuse allegedly started earlier this year when the girl was 14 years old.
Olsen, who is self-employed, is married and has children of his own. He is accused of touching the girl and kissing her at his home and other locations. The girl was an acquaintance of the family.
Olsen is charged with one count of witness tampering, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and three counts of criminal sexual contact.

Last night Olsen was taken into custody by the Millburn Police Department and cooperated with the investigation. He is expected to be transferred to the Essex County Correctional Facility later today, where he will be held on $150,000 bail. Bail was set by the Honorable Rachel Davidson, J.S.C.
The case was investigated by the Millburn Police Department and the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit.
These are mere accusations. All defendants are presumed to be innocent unless and until they are found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

I would love to see Santorum get the nod. Maybe then the politically comatose members of society will wake up.
