Fleet Feet Fun Run

Some people just refuse to let the caloric onslaught of Thanksgiving get the best of them. On the morning of Thanksgiving, runners filled Ridgewood Ave. in Glen Ridge for the Ashenfelter 8K. Later that day and on Saturday, Ultimate Frisbee fans made the pilgrimage to their sport’s birthplace in Maplewood. And yesterday, more than 50 runners and walkers congregated at Fleet Feet Sports in Montclair to celebrate the athletic retailers’s 23rd anniversary. A three-mile Fun Run/Walk was followed by a pancake breakfast. The event was co-sponsored by Saucony, the designer and manufacturer of high performance athletic footwear and apparel.

I would love to see Santorum get the nod. Maybe then the politically comatose members of society will wake up.
