Gift Guide 2010: Botanica

Here’s one for the flora lover on your list: A boxed set of 20 Botanica notecards (four each of five designs), all lovingly created by Baristanet’s former photo editor Fran Liscio. The stationery is available only at the Bloom Room Gift Shop at Presby Memorial Iris Gardens, and 100 percent of the $15.95 price goes to the gardens. The Bloom Shop is open the weekend of Dec. 11-12 from noon to 4 p.m. during the garden’s Historic Holiday House Tour.

    Don’t worry, there are other hours as well:
    other bloom room hours are Fridays thru Sundays, the first 3 December weekends, from 12 noon thru 4 pm! Nancy Lawes, who runs the Bloom Room Gift Shop is the nicest person, and has stocked the room with all kinds of cool holiday goodies, including beautiful handmade wreaths, and it is always easy to park.
