Turkeys were out strutting their stuff on a Ridgewood Ave. front lawn in Glen Ridge, as part of a Thanksgiving-themed realtor open house from realtor Sam Joseph. Known for turning realtor open houses into house parties (you’ll remember from Bought & Sold), Joseph didn’t disappoint today, although realtors who came to have Thanksgiving early were still talking about the jousting show he did at another celebrated open.
Live turkeys, a Thanksgiving feast and a free turkey (no – not one of the live ones, all of which were on loan from a petting farm) were some of the trimmings to entice realtors to see 532 Ridgewood Ave., although the house (pictured here) was the main dish all its own. Priced at $829,000, Joseph predicts the 5-bedroom home will go in three days, way faster than Thanksgiving leftovers.
