Bloomfield Library is For Dummies

But in the good way.

You know how we all helped Montclair win Liberty Mutual’s “Bring Back the 4th” contest? Well now it’s time to help Bloomfield Public Library in a national contest to win 1,600 Dummies books. All you have to do is go to Facebook and like this page.

The For Dummies Annual Library Contest is in its fifth year. The library with the most “For Dummies” fans wins the entire Dummies collection, including “iPhone for Dummies,” “Breastfeeding for Dummies” and my personal favorite (written by my dummy brother) “Currency Trading for Dummies.” Alas, there is no “Downtown Redevelopment for Dummies,” something Bloomfield could use.

But with just 89 Dummies fans, Bloomfield Public Library has a long way to go. So go on over now and click “like.” And BPL, we’ll give you a little tip on “Winning a Dummies Library Contest for Dummies.” Just change your sign to the headline on our post and see your vote count go up!

Alas, there is no “Downtown Redevelopment for Dummies,” something Bloomfield could use.

    Sad, but true.

I would love to see Santorum get the nod. Maybe then the politically comatose members of society will wake up.
