Glen Ridge Introduces Freecycling Program

Glen Ridge residents can help Go Glen Ridge Green by participating in the borough’s first Freecycle Day on May 4, 2011. Freecycling allows residents to give away usable but unwanted items to others instead of disposing of them. Participation not only aids in waste reduction, it can be a great cost saver for those searching for the ultimate bargain.

    I know their Bulk Waste Pickup day happens to fall on Thursday, but I can’t help but think that a freecycle day would work infinitely better on the weekend.
