A huge yard sale will be held Saturday and Sunday, June 4 and 5, to benefit A Purrfect World Cat Sanctuary at 60 Newark Avenue, Bloomfield, on the corner of Baldwin Place (entrance is the driveway on Baldwin), from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine.
The sale will feature nearly 30 tables of merchandise, including clothing racks, bookcases and ground tarps chock full of stuff. Highlights include vintage jewelry and a circa 1919 five-piece wooden bedroom set. Donations were provided by more than 100 families. Early birds are discouraged since organizers will be busy setting up.
