We’re hearing in comments from folks who think they can go out and drive. Think again. Here’s a car stuck near Montclair – Clifton Border on Grove Street.
If it’s not flooded streets, you might encounter fallen (or falling!) trees. This one is at Grove and Stephen Sts. in Montclair.
