Acting OEM Coordinator Lt. Kenneth Miscia reports that the State of Emergency will remain in effect in the Township tomorrow morning while clean-up crews continue to make roadways and flooded areas safe. Residents are asked to take every caution and observe barricaded areas when traveling tomorrow morning.

The National Weather Service in Upton, New York has extended the flood warning for urban areas and small streams in Northeast New Jersey including Essex County.

Isn’t this something that “benefits the few while inconveniencing the many”?
