See Hollywood and the Bible Collide at Temple Ner Tamid

Tomorrow night, Temple Ner Tamid and Grace Presbyterian will be showing “The Ten Commandments,” the third and final film in a series, “The Bible Goes to Hollywood: A 3-Part Film Series.” The film will show at 7 pm at Temple Ner Tamid.

This is not the “Ten Commandments” by Cecil B. DeMille that you might expect. This is a silent film in two parts starting with the story of Moses: the Exodus from Egypt and the Ten Commandments and Golden Calf at Mt. Sinai. Part II explores the efficacy of the commandments in modern life.

Dessert and a discussion with Rabbi Steven Kushner and Pastor Paul Leggett will follow the feature presentation.

There is nothing typical about Baristanet, swede. If you were offended at 4:28, fine, but your 4:39 statement suggests you are auto-defaulting into self-pity and paranoia.

More liberal lunacy. And no mention of the tree ordinance? (you will no longer be in charge of the landscaping of your property). No mention of the Bike Locker ordinance rearing it's ugly head again? I imagine the pay-reaises for non-union employees is a moot issue. Given the proclivities of the incoming council, there probably won't be non-union employees much longer.
