The latest kiddie rockers to make the scene are The Dream Jam Band. Made up of musicians and music teachers from the Northeast, The Dream Jam Band cites an eclectic group of musical influences: the Beatles, Duke Ellington, the Grateful Dead, Woody Guthrie, Led Zeppelin, and Mozart.
Their second album, Leave it in the Soup, releases on July 13 and they're currently on tour. They just played at the Fillmore at Irving Plaza -- House of Kids show to a bunch of screaming tots.
The Dream Jam Band and Shore Fire Media are generously offering two lucky Barista Kids readers a Leave it in the Soup even before it's released!

The first video off the album is for Have A Party When You Get The Blues, a catchy, classic rock inspired song about making the best of a bad situation. Check out The Dream Jam Band's new video below:

Would love to win this for my son, who loves to rock out and dance!
We are always happy to have new, good kid-friendly music for our family to listen to.
My 5-year-old already dances up a storm; I'd love to see what she comes up with for this!
Music for the entire family! Thanks for introducing us to new music. We love having dance parties.
