Amazon is a cool and refreshing place, their smoothies are totally to die for. The food is just ok, if you stick with salads you can't go wrong. I wasn't impressed by the chicken sandwich (which they threw in the micro to heat). But overall its a great stop to pick up some fast healthy food on the way home from the gym.

amazon service is slow and the place is not clean. the smoothies are good but the other food is not.

I work nearby, so I visit that place at least once a day--coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, soup....
It is all great! And it is clean...with friendly service.

(Free parking in the lot next to it.)

i love amazon the food is good and the smoothies are really refreshing and healthy and the soups are delicious.........and it is clean

i had it for the first time today, i had a healthy lunch that i could fit into my lunch break, good turkey sandwich and king kong drink is delicious, two thumbs up............

I visited Amazon a couple of weeks ago - and won't go back. All the healthiness was sucked out the experience by the VERY gruff, negative supervisor who was there. I don't know if she was the owner and it was obvious that some of the staff were new and in training, but that is no excuse for the way in which she was talking down to them and her harsh comments, etc. I would never go back b/c of her. she made her staff nervous and even when handing over the smoothie, she was full of bad energy. Sad for a place which promotes just the opposite.

I have to agree with Newbie. I've seen this same owner/supervisor in action. She was very gruff and almost nasty to her young employees who were clearly new to the job. It made me uncomfortable and made the experience eating there miserable.
The other night I also went in and even though the store is supposed to be open until 9, the workers made it very clear to me that I was inconveniencing them by coming in to order a sandwich at 8:19pm.
This place needs some work on the customer service side.

Went there today for the first time. No complaints about the food (wrap/chili combo was yummy) but I thought the ambience left something to be desired. The doors to the rest rooms dominate the main dining area. It's not a place where you feel like lingering (though maybe it's not meant to be?).

I'm with Newbie too. From the minute Amazon Cafe opened I had high hopes. But they were soon dashed by the strange, alien atmosphere there. The pretty paintjob and jungle-like cartoonage can't hide the fact that the workers are all miserable, inept and bored. The lack of music makes for a creepy backdrop to an already strange experience. When you walk in, it's almost like you're disturbing the spirits, and no one wants to feel that way when they're ordering a smoothie. They really got it wrong at the Amazon. For a place that's supposed to promote health and happiness, it's very depressing.

Well, I had a wonderful experience at the Amazon Cafe my children just love the smoothies! I don't know if the woman there was the owner but she was wonderful to my children in fact she even gave them all free cookies! When I ask my kids were do they want to go they say where the lady gave me some cookies!

I frequent the Amazon often and have never had a bad experience with food, service or otherwise. Love the smoothies, wraps and think the ambiance is great.

No complaints here and would recommend the place to anyone.
