Come on Now, Casa T serves it up for real. I swear they use my Nana's recipe for eggplant parm. This is by far the best Italian eats around. It's all in the sauce and the sauce is way fab!! I have so many favorites here I wouldnt know where to start. The portions are enormous (use the eat-half rule) or you'll need a nap afterwards or go for tradtional Sunday dinner at 2 and eat til 7. They also do take-out/delivery and its all goooooood.

I've only lived in Bloomfield for a few months, but I've already been here twice (including yesterday for Valentine's Day). Top-notch food and pasta (nothing gourmet, but it's good homestyle Italian food), and a nice quiet atmosphere. To be honest, it's a bit pricey for the food that you get (about $20 per entree if I remember right), but for me the atmosphere makes up for it.

we just has the most wonderful dinner at casa turano. everything from the apps. to the canoli was delicious. we will certainly be back again soon.
