The Sopranos Motherload On Ebay?

In less than 2 weeks, "this thing of ours will be over". I think back sometimes on "what a long strange trip it has been". I remember years ago I would see The Sopranos filming, I never stopped. Working in Hudson County, you see film production crews all the time, who ever stopped? Lately I have been trying to clear out all the Sopranos stuff I have accumulated over the years, I have so much it actually has taken over a room in my house. I never got involved with E Bay, maybe it's time I did.

Forbes has an interesting piece, besides the 18 Emmy wins, the show also was nominated 96 times (wow). They also have an estimate for the amount of money the primary cast members bankrolled for the last two seasons (nowhere near what I was paid for working 5 days as an background extra). I remember back then, sitting in holding trying to figure out how many extras were there, how many were SAG, how many days, trying just to figure a dollar number of just what all these background people were costing production. That alone was a staggering figure, and I have no idea if we were even close to a correct figure.

Is truth stranger than fiction? Joe Gannascoli (Vito Spatafore) will be making an appearance this Friday and Saturday in New Hampshire.

Maine, â€œThe Way Life Should Beâ€, thatâ€™s what the sign says in Kittery Maine. This one is for those â€œmaniacsâ€ who live in one of our countyâ€™s most wonderful states. According to Maine Today, Matt Servitto (Agent Dwight Harris) will be making an appearance at a fund raiser for Ethan Strimling, for a possible congressional run next year. The two met while pursuing their studies at The Julliard School in New York. The event will be held at Anthonyâ€™s Italian Kitchen in Portland on June 24. Tickets are on a first come basis.

I really love when the cast gets together for a worthy cause. On June 14, there will be a benefit for St. Judeâ€™s Hospital (great photo of Tony Sirico) on Pier Sixty in New York City. The evening will start with a Sunset Cruise aboard the Forbes Highlander yacht and a gala will follow afterwards. There are different ticket levels which you can purchase here.
